Do They Have Any Discounts?

Castlery has a trade program with member-only benefits that includes discounted prices. You can sign up to the trade program if you are an interior designer, an architect, or a trade professional. The discount is 10% off on orders over $1000, which can save you a lot of money. You can also get free, professional advice from the team of experts working at Castlery. 

If you create an account with Castlery you can unlock exclusive savings and deals, including discounts when you refer friends who also create an account. You can earn credits by reviewing items you have purchased, and redeem these credits as a discount against your next purchase. 

For example, 50 credits will get you $50 off your next order over $500, 100 credits gets you $100 off your next order over $1000, and so on.

Do They Offer Free Delivery? 

Delivery is not free, but the shipping is calculated at a flat rate. It is not based on the price of your order, but the location of your address. This is because it will be coming from a different warehouse depending on where you live. 

As such, the shipping costs are calculated based on the warehouse. There are some locations where orders over $999 will qualify for free delivery, such as New York, Philadelphia, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas.  

Make sure you measure all relevant areas of your home before you place your order so that you know the furniture is going to fit. A failed delivery due to the product not fitting through the doors and such places will result in additional charges. 

What Is The Return Policy? 

If you are not happy with your item, you can request a refund, but you must submit the request within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in ‘as-new’ condition and in the original packaging, unless you can find suitable packaging to protect the item. 

For each item you return, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You will not be refunded for the original shipping fee or the cost of returning the item. You will receive the refund within 7 days of the returned item being received. 

Up until your order has been processed, you can cancel the order or make changes free of charge. After this time, any changes or cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items that are clearance or ex-display are not eligible for return, order changes or order cancellations. 

If you cancel an order placed with a discount code or voucher, then you will not be able to re-use the discount code on a different order. Discount codes are single use only and cannot be transferred. 

Is There A Warranty For The Products? 

All warranty periods begin on the day of delivery and cover material and manufacturing defaults, but not misuse and normal wear and tear.
